A Valentine’s Dinner
Today we’ve prepared a 4-course meal for friends, lovers, and beer fans with bold and beautiful flavors! The first course is a salad with a berry dressing served with two garlic knots.
For the second course, we are serving a Shrimp ceviche with chips on the side!
The main event is a chuck roast marinated in our coconut blonde ale, Paradiso, and whiskey. The roast is set atop a yukon gold and cauliflower mash, with gnocchi as the featured pasta.
For dessert (to some, the most important of the courses!) we have three different cheesecake-stuffed strawberries: a dark chocolate, a brûléed white chocolate, and a classic.
